Senior Sales Consultants

We are seeking consultants with sales experience in drug development, rescuing drugs from failed trials, targeted therapies, clinical trials, genetic testing and diagnostics, Biomarker Discovery, and Biomedical research. Geographic regions of interest are the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Based on performance there will be opportunities for advancement to lead our Sales & Marketing division as it is developed. The sales consultant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team reporting to company leadership. The successful candidate will help sell our technologies and have a legacy to tell their grandchildren about their role in engineering new medicines and medical tests. Responsibilities

Identify and close new market opportunities for our Gene Mutation Library products produced with our GigaAssay technology. Maintain sales lead generation information using our internal CRM and interact with our leadership and other sales team members.

Qualifications
  • Experience (> 3 years) with sales with biomedical companies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
  • Demonstrable strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • A network in one of the targeted areas
  • Preferred, but not necessary: Ph.D. or M.S in a biomedical science discipline
Compensation

Our philosophy is to reward partners for their productivity. Consultants will be paid a generous sales commission with no annual cap. Sales incentive plan based on revenue with increasing commission percentage base on performance.

Purchasing Manager

Embrace this Purchasing Manager position in a rapidly growing, innovative Biotech startup company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Reporting to the COO, the selected Purchasing Manager will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the laboratory staff to organize the purchasing system as well as managing inventory. Additionally, the role will perform the function of Laboratory Assistant in support of cleaning and preparing laboratory glassware supplies for use by the Lab Scientists. Finally, the selected person will work heavily in our automated lab information management and inventory system called Benchling. Training will be provided for anyone new to the system.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Lab Scientists and office staff to purchase, track, and maintain inventories of biological reagents, chemicals, consumables, equipment, office supplies that are critical to daily operations at Heligenics. Duties will include keeping the laboratories stocked and acting as a liaison between scientific staff and vendors. You may also be asked to assist in the laboratory under direct supervision to create buffers, run the autoclave, clean glassware, barcode supplies, and label test tubes as needed.

Qualifications
  • This opportunity requires at least 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience.
  • You will be expected to be organized, attentive, efficient, and proactive with excellent communication skills and a willingness to become familiar with new scientific concepts.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred as is familiarity with LIMS and or Inventory Management Systems.
  • The optimal candidate will have some college-level or professional laboratory experience.
Compensation

Commensurate with experience. Base salary range $60,000 – $75,000 / year based on experience. The compensation package includes a generous scaled bonus plan for productivity, stock options, medical and retirement benefits. Nevada also has no state income tax and employees are not required to pay social security tax. This is a 15% cost of living boost over jobs in other states that have these taxes.
